"The room was in need of a new mattress, it had a need pocket on one side of the bed, it was very visible and I literally had to keep scooting to the center of the bed to avoid it. The water in the shower took a while to get warm and the bathroom cabinet was peeling. Definitely need some upgrade. Overall place was not terrible but the front desk staff and the bartender need an attitude adjustment. First off the vending machines didn’t have bottled water so that left the customers to ask the front desk for water. It was like I was asking them to provide me with air to breathe, so rude then one told me they didn’t have water, only to give me two small bottles after she saw my reaction to her rudeness. The bartender was oh so slow and unwelcoming, she paid more attention to her friends at the bar than the actual guests."
