"Great location , pool was greenish but I’m not sure what was going on there. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of places to eat. Front desk staff could be a little bit cheery but maybe they were having a tough time with some convention of teenagers or something. Overall a great place to stay before heading off to the sites."

"The room appeared clean. However there were soap bottles left in the shower I am assuming from a previous guest which was a bit of a red flag. When using a towel on the floor to clean up water after my son's bath, the towel was pretty dirty as if the floors hadn't been cleaned. All hard floors usually is a plus for me, but I was disappointed to see the amount of dirt on the towel from the floor. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Everything else seemed clean and the hotel overall is nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would stay here again even with the few minor things I was disappointed with."

"I booked this hotel during summer games and was nervous. The hotel is older but the beds were comfortable, the staff was kind and everything was very clean. My kids were sad there was no pool but it was a nice stay overall."

"The bathroom sink had a very slow drain, otherwise the room was very good and the beds were good. We stayed in this hotel for the hot tub which was in maintenance and not open. They gave us a complimentary breakfast because of that, then when we went to use it they didn't know anything about it. They finally hunted and found the coupon. The staff was very nice. We were just very disappointed about no hot tub since that's the only reason we picked this hotel."

"Extremely helpful staff. They proactively contacted me ahead of time in case I got there late (which I did) and they already had a plan to get me into my room after the service desk was closed. The rooms were more comfortable and had more character than most places I've stayed. The attached restaurant was really convenient and delicious. I didn't use the pool this time but it's a really nice option considering the price point and location. I'm going to go out of my way to stay here whenever I'm passing through Utah."

"When we arrived the battery to our door was dead and it took them several attempts to fix it. Because our stuff was in the room they required we stay. The bathroom tub didn’t drain when we showered and the sink kept backing up. The shower curtain was too short so water runs onto the floor. The water pressure is too low to even get your hair clean in the shower. The room had an unclean smell to it. However the pool was nice, breakfast was suitable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The problems were facility based, not staff based."

"We stayed in a double Queen room. It was very clean and had plenty of space. The beds were firm, which isn't our favorite. Plenty of parking. It was quiet even though they allow pets and there were several cute dogs we passed."
