“Good choice for value, will not be disappointed”

Last minute extended stay of a week but was not disappointed. Convenient to all areas of northern Atlanta suburbs. Motel 6 next door was under same ownership/management but Super 8 is the far better choice. Easy in and out each day with convenient gas station and waffle house and highway access. Very good value and would stay again with no regrets.

“Basic room, good value”

The Super 8 was all I could have hoped for, given the rate category. It wasn't spotless, but it was clean. The towels and linens were freshly laundered, and the rooms and property were well-kept, if far from fancy. If one keeps in mind the basic nature of the accomodations, and the value they offer, one should be very pleased. I'd stay here again with no reservations. Well, reservations, but no qualms. :)

“Great for the Price”

nice place to stay, i fet safe the entire time, staff was nice rooms were fine... Great showers!

“Friendly staff”

Great location right next to freeway but very very quiet at nite. Nice little breakfast included ,muffin, juice, cereal etc. Room wasn't thoroughly vacuumed in the corners but otherwise nice enough for a budget hotel.

“No internet”

I stayed there for two days. Wireless Internet was not stable (nearly no internet at all). Also the front desk staff during the night is not friendly. Hung up on my calls several times so I have to go to reception and talk to him personally. Even when I talked to him, he seemed impatient because he's talking on the phone with his relatives/friends (I guess). Last, there's "motel6" just 30 seconds' walk from it. And it's cheaper in price and I don't think they have much difference in many aspects.

“Low cost Motel”

Our regular hotel was full so we had to stay one night elswhere. This motel was afordable and met our needs. Not the greatest place to stay but it was safe and clean. Beds were a littl worn. they need new matresses,

“Sketchy”

There is bulletproof glass separating customers from the hotel employees. I didn't feel very safe.

“Dirty Rooms”

Rooms were dirty and we had booked a room with a kingsize bed in a non smoking room. When we arrived they put us in a room that had a strong smoke filled smell. They put us in a room with two standard beds instead because they had no more nonsmoke king size rooms.

“Horrible Customer Service, Won't Go Back”

We paid for and reserved a non-smoking room. There was an error in the system and a smoking room was reserved instead. The guy at check-in would not change the room assignment to a non-smoking room. I had to call expedia, have them call the front desk, and the guy still required expedia to fax them something to change the room. The hotel is basic, but a great location and price for people who come to visit us in Atlanta. This is the 4th time we've used this hotel to put up people coming to see us and we've had problems with checking in twice. We hate to stop using them but their customer service is so bad that we are embarrassed to put people up there anymore!
