"Overall, in poor repair with some dirty linens, but the staff was very nice and the room itself was clean. A panel behind the toilet had fallen off the wall and was lying on the floor, there was a hole in each bedspread, a hook in the shower had a gap between itself and the shower wall, two of the large bathroom floor tiles were cracked, lots of areas in the room were cracked or damaged. The bathmat was dirty in multiple spots and one of the towels had what looked like a lipstick stain and a brown stain. The pillows were very hard. The air/heat unit was loud.
On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, sheets clean, the other towels and washcloths were clean. The shower was mostly clean and the room seemed clean. The refrigerator, microwave, and TV worked fine and the air/heat had a remote which was awesome because I didn't have to get out of bed in the night when I was cold. There was plenty of parking and it wasn't noisy."
