“A yearly destination”

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly. The room was beautiful and the bed was absolutely comfortable and the price was great for the comfortable setting. We visited famly and this hotel was perfectly located. It was within minutes of many great restaurants, the local beach and shopping...and only 45 minutes or so from Myrtle Beach. It's located just off the main road, but tucked back just far enough so that we were not disturbed by traffic or bright lights...and we were in a first floor room! We will definitely stay again!

“Great hotel, great location”

This Patriot's Point hotel had everything I look for in a great budget stay. A large clean, quiet, updated room with a small frig and microwave. The bathroom was first-class budget luxury and very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is off a frontage road in a beautiful wooded area and is very secluded and quiet. In addition, it is close to two small shopping areas that include Whole Foods, Starbucks, Harris Teeter and others. There is a Wendy's, Hardee's and two fabulous barbeque restaurants close by. Driving into Charleston is a piece of cake, as it is just over the Cooper River bridge; only minutes away. I didn't eat the complimentary breakfast they offered, but I found the staff to be some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever run across. They were wonderful! I highly recommend Best Western Patriot's Point.

“Good Option”

This hotel is off the beaten path, so it is quiet, yet convenient to both Coleman Blvd and Hwy 17. I was disappointed that it was not as close as described to the Cooper River Bridge as an exercise option.

The staff was wonderful; they let us check in early even though they had sold out the night before. When we had a problem with our TV receiving a signal for our channels (which was our fault...long story) the front desk worker personally came up to our room to fix it.

“Weekend get-a-way.”

This is one of the better hotels in the Charleston area. We've stayed at a couple and it was definitely the best we've been at. Room was clean, staff was helpful and very friendly, the location is excellent. It's only 10 minutes from the historic district of Charleston, and five from Patriots Point. The room was good sized, bathroom was huge! Everything was great! The free breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of variety, and even the coffee was good. The only complaint I would have it the pillows are too small and way too soft for comfort. Next time we will bring our own pillows. Everything else was perfect!

Very happy with our weekend stay. Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient to great dining, Historic District, and beaches. Will stay here again.

I needed a refrigerator for some medicine and the hotel graciously provided an in-room refrigerator for us.
