Kim at the front desk went out of her way to make use happy. Lived the kitchen. Loved the close shopping etc.

“nice quiet hotel”

nice hotel, very helpful staff. located within walking distance of outlet mall and many resturants, also with in walking distance of convention center. the only downfall was the hotels address will not show up on gps. if you put in the street it takes you several blocks away. the driveway is on outlet drive and the sign is small. but that was the only problem we found and a quick phone call to the hotel got us there.

“Tough to find from Interstate, but good value...”

Nice facility but a drive from Interstate. You can see it be tough to get there. Nice facilty and relatively quiet and clean. Good value.

“Great for the price”

The building was going through renovation. Hard to get to from the interstate, thanks to SC DOT. Air port is close, so plane noise. Overall I will be staying there again.

“Good Location”

hotel undergoing remodeling - lot of equipment in parking lot so had to be very mindful when driving in @night. Hotel is within walking distance of Tanger Outlet and several restaruants and fast food so made it a great location.

“Not what you expect”

Did not recieve the room requested, was put in a handicapp room which did not meet my needs, there was no bathtub. Requested a smoking room, which they have available, did not get that. Walls were paper thin, you could hear your neighbor peeing. the floor by the entry was soaked from apparently the air conditioner leaking into the room. The "outdoor picnic and grill area" was a joke. If you want an extended stay look to the right or left of that hotel, they are better. Furthermore, we were surrounded by a bunch of out-of-towm workers that were disrruptive, obnoxious and practically had a party outside of our door which was extremely uncomfortable when entering or exiting the room, they even went as far as feeding ducks and threw crackers all over my car. This place was a dump.

“Pluses and Negatives”

The room was very comfortable. Nice kitchen area with full-sized refrigerator, two stove-top burners, microwave and sink. Some pots and pans and dishes were provided. I liked the recliner by the bed. Some negatives were: 1) Almost impossible to find the office, 2) Not very accessible from the highway, 3) Cabinets in the kitchen has some sticky substance that had not been cleaned, 4) No cups were present for coffee and 5) Very large airplanes fly right over the roof to the nearby airport. Overall, I would stay again. The comfort for the money was great!

“Rooms are small but cozy.”

Cozy but need furniture upgrade. I looked at 3 rooms before choosing 1.

“Bring your earplugs”

The walls were paper thin. My TV remote did not work. I was given a new remote, but it still did not work. You can hear the jets landing and taking off constantly from the Charleston Airport. Not a good experience.

“Avoid this hotel”

The room was noisy from the nearby traffic and television noise from neighbors. The bed was uncomfortable. Some of the amenities did not work. For example, the alarm clock and some of the lights did not work. The coffee supplied looked like it was rain damaged and the filters were stained. There were ants in the kitchen when we arrived. Although this was reported to the front desk, nothing was done to fix anything except bring a new coffee maker which was not what we had asked. We are not usually picky about where we stay, but this was so bad we checked out early.
