“Great stay while in Charleston”
We were very pleased with our stay. The room was more than we expected. It had a seperate living room along with a small kitchen complete with frig, microwave, cooktop, and dishwasher. They even provided dishes and silverware. There was a full desk and small dining table also. The beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was included and was great. Hotel was in beautiful condition. Pool and exercise room were also great. Don't let the proximity to the airport scare you. We were never awakened by planes during our 3 nights. I have been to Charleston over a dozen times, and unless you just have your heart set on staying in the historic distric, you cannot find a better place to stay for the money. We will definitely stay at the Residence Inn from now on. Thanks!
“Stay there every time we visit The Citadel”
This is a wonderful hotel conveniently located near the airport and within 30 seconds of I-26 that goes to Charleston. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast is more than adequate; the weekday evening dinners were tasty and convenient. We could stay closer to The Citadel when we visit our cadet, but the price here is less than historic Charleston and it has everything we want. Very highly recommended!
“New comfortable hotel”
Brand new, comfortable hotel, typical of the Marriott Residence Inn chain. Very convenient to the airport. good for families with pull-out sofa bed.

Very nice and clean hotel with a excellent staff. The hotel is in a excellent location.
“Great breakfast, coarse linens”
great service and fantastic breakfast. The linenes on the beds were quite coarse, so not the most comfortable sleeping experience. Great kitchen and lounge area.
