“Recommend to everyone”
Staff was extremely courteous, continental breakfast more like a farmer's breackfast. Wireless connection in room, 2 computers in private area for guests use. Other traveling companions in a Hilton hotel in downtown Charlotte did not have all the amenities we did.

The rooms are great, the complimentary breakfast is great, I simply really enjoyed my stay....
“Perfect experience”
This hotel is by far the best hotel I´ve stayed in in the US. The hotel staff was incredinly friendly and helpful. I will defenetively stay there again in my next visit to Charlotte.
“Great Holiday Inn!”
Handy access off the Interstate, lots of restaurants in the area, very clean place, polite staff, good pool, good internet, breakfast was great with lots of seating available, TV's in room had REAL HD, a first for a Hotel that I have seen, all around great stay, no complaints at all!
“decent hotel at decent price”
Nothing outstanding, but no issues as well. For the price i paid, i would go back.
“2nd Stay”
Stayed here a few months ago, and still a nice hotel. The building was rebuilt on top of the land that previous housed another building (another hotel perhaps?). Area behind hotel shows signs of the previous building (ie: curbs and footers for street lights, but no actual parking lot of lights). The staff seems very helpful and the room was clean and what we reserved. Can sometimes be busy on the weekends during theme park season due to Carowinds, which is conveniently located a few minutes down the highway. Hotel offers discount tickets if you're interested.
“The worst HIE ever!”
You can read my full review on trip advisor but I'll sum it up on here. This holiday inn leaves alot to be desired in the customer service department. For the most part the staff was rude and unconcerned with issues. And oh boy were there issues... The stampede of teenagers all night ling ( I realize this wasnt the Hotels fault, but how they failed to handle it was), the rude supposed staff, the cinderblock beds, the maintenance mn who shocked the pool and then failed to close it. The worst part was a general manager who responded to our problems by blaming us for being picky. My suggestion is to find another hotel in the area to stay at ( as was her suggestion to us)
