After shopping nearly every major chain for upper-tier suite-style accommodations, I have learned that many hotel chains are more than capable of designing and furnishing an appealing building and rooms. Where they consistently drop the ball is in hiring lax staff who are incapable of speaking or dressing or representing their company with any modicum of professionalism. Often you'll find the competition's staff bumbling hopelessly on the reservations computer system, shirt half-untucked, whilst a line of guests builds in the lobby. Nary a moment of recognition to say "I'll be right with you, sir", or "I hope you enjoy your stay", often you'll find the competition's help loitering outside the entryway smoking cigarettes, crushing it out angrily should a guest be spotted standing at the counter just inside... STAYBRIDGE used good old-fashioned hiring discretion to provide their guests with clean-cut, well-spoken, eager and bright-eyed staff. The KEYSTONE to a hotel's success. Hearty recommendations to anyone looking to book a room in the Chattanooga area.
“Best hotel expierence ever!”
Top notch: kitchen (dishware, fixtures); quality furniture and bedding; quality towels etc.; room and hotel clean with great customer service; tasty and filling hot breakfast, and free;

The hotel seemed fairly new. We requested a suite which was well furnished and had a nice little kitchen. Everything was comfortable except the A/C. The bedroom was freezing and the living room with the pull out couch was warm. Other than that - would go back.
“Worth the money”
This is the first time I have stayed here, but I am surprisingly satisfied. The location is nice and easy to find. The free continental breakfast was good. Overall, its not the Marriott or Hilton but the service is great and worth the money.
“Certain to revisit”
Large rooms, clean and incredibly close to shopping , sightseeing and airport. In an extremely good part of Chattanooga with over 20 restaurants within a mile. Will stay here again
“Very nice hotel”
We stayed at this hotel for four days and were very satisfied with their facilities and services. Even small dinner was offered during week days. This is the best hotel I have ever stadyed for their price.
“Very convenient”
We had a wonderful stay! Very convenient ammenities---laundry room, HUGE breakfast spread, and the yummy reception were only a few. The pros are: convenient, clean, free laundry center, and the freebie food will certainly cut your eating-out expenses. The cons are minimal but... there were no extra pillows available and the thermostat is unable to be adjusted. It is kept on a mandatory setting of 73 degrees, which is a little cold for me at night. Will stay again!!!

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good! No complaints at all!

Hotel staff was excellent and knowledgeable about the area. It was a great stay and had no problems with the hotel. I do have bad allergies and had no problems at the hotel. If I return I will book there again
