"I left my purse in the drawer, of quite sentimental value as had been bought for me on another holiday and contained about 50 euros. Realised once I’d gone through security in at the airport next door, Phoned hotel several times about an hour after I’d checked out, no answer. My husband phoned different numbers there was no way to talk to a human at the desk, Emailed reception immediately, so someone could go to the room before housekeeping would even get in there( we left at 6am) it took 2 days for a reply!!! and all that said was they would pass my email on to housekeeping. Nobody has been in touch since. Obviously if there first response took 2 days I don’t suppose it would even be worth looking by then. Very poor response and communication, well basically none."
