“Not up to the standard I was expecting”

“Impressed”

Stayed at this hotel for a break, was a beautiful hotel. On arrival we were upgraded free of charge to the Master Suite, was a wonderful suite. However at dinner, we felt forgotten about for most of the evening, were given menus but nobody came to take our order for over 20 mins, we ordered a round of drinks which never came and simply weren't made to feel overly welcome. Hotel was clean, would recommend.
