“Very Clean”

The rooms are very nice but small. It would have been nice if a bottle of water was given to us. I suggest take a bottle of water to your room in advance in case you need a drink at night. I was not sure about the water and traveling so I used only bottle water.

“Excellent quality for your money!”

This is an excellent hotel to stay, it's close to the airport with free shuttle bus service to & from there, and also free shuttle to the town of Narita if you want to do some shopping and dining. Very clean, quiet and employees are very polite. The gym is well equiped and the pool and sauna are great.

“Quality Hotel with great facilities”

Highly recommended place to stay for a short stop-over or even an extended stay. We only stayed overnight, but were impressed. For starters the complimentary pick up from the airport was scheduled regularly and arrived on time. The hotel was classy and the rooms very good. Caught the free shuttle to the nearby Naritasan temple early the next morning and then the free shuttle back to the airport later that day. The train station to Tokyo city is nearby.

“Good choice if you have an early flight from NRT”

standard airport hotel. Offers free bus shuttle to/from NRT airport as well as Narita town train station and Narita town busuness district in case you have time to kill before your flight and want to sample something other than overpriced hotel food. Room are comfortable and relatively spacious.

“Great hotel”

I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel. It was close to the airport but far enough away that you don't hear the airport noise. The staff was very courteous - very helpful when I had trouble using the in-room hispeed internet. Beautiful atrium in lobby area. Courtesy shuttle to/from airport, made it very convenient.

“Great for a quick stop over”

This hotel was a quick stop on an 11 day trip in japan. It was easy to get to after the long air flight, and easy to return to the airport to catch the Shin and JR trains the next morning. Cost of food was high, but the selection was large.

“Great place to over-night at Narita.”

On a recent trip to Asia had to over-night in Japan. Why pay big bucks to go into Tokyo? Just stay at the Narita Hilton and relax. Easy and free airport shuttle, decent food and a good bar. Got a great rate on the room with breakfast and hopped the shuttle the next morning to continue my travel.
