“Wow...was I impressed with The Baymint Inn and Suites/North Aurora”

I was quite pleased overall with my stay @ the Baymont Inn and Suites in North Aurora, Illinois. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I might encourage them to change is having water in all vending machines on every floor and to make sure the machines are accepting either dollar bills or chsnge. It's sort of a hassle going to the first floor to purchase water when you're staying on the third floor. Other thsn that, all the staff was outgoing and always pleasant and their customer service was all it should be. Blessings to all of their personnel for making my stay both enjoyable and stressfree

“clean - a good value”

a clean room with a great staff that was knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. A great value in a convenient location on I-88 tollway. It is challenging to find the driveway at night and there is a median that could damage your car if you are not watching closely due to poor lighting (city issue). Once you get there it is a pleasant experience.

“Satisfied, Satisfied, Satisfied!!!!!”

Being that this hotel and another were close to the school that my son was attending and the price of that one was cheaper, he chose the later. (He has to pay for the rooms out of pocket). For a few dollars more, he chose the Baymont. Now every time he is sent to school, The Baymont is the way to go. He is very satisfied with his accomodations and the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. A well-earned "Thank You".

I've used this hotel several times on business and have always been satisfied with it service and cleanliness. Convenient to the highway without being noisy.

When we visit our family who lives nearby, we always stay at this facility. We have found it to be very clean and well-maintained. Staff is always courteous and helpful. As an example, I accidentally dropped my camera in the parking lot. A staff member found it and shipped it to my home!

Had a pleasant stay at the Baymont Inn! It is very easy to get to (right off the East-West tollway) and like-wise it is easy to get around the West suburbs from the hotel. Our room was nice, clean, no complaints. Great breakfast in the morning (waffles, sausage, bagels, cereal, fruits, coffee, juice, etc.) Hotel had a pool but we didn't use it. Our trip was just a quick one to see family for Thanksgiving and this was perfect stay for our quick trip (can't beat the price).

The beds were very comforatble. They were accomodating and took care of the package I shipped prior to my arrival.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly and accomadating. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Will stay again when in that area.
