“Good value”
The room was nice, clean, was a little small (would not recommend more than double occupancy, but since I was travelling alone it was great.) Included free cable (Showtime) and wireless. It's a little difficult to access, but there are a lot of restaurants located close by. My toothpaste was taken from me when I went through airport security, but the hotel was able to provide me with a small tube of toothpaste, which was really nice. The exterior was nothing great to look at, but the lobby was pretty nice and continental breakfast was included. Great value for the price! I would definitely stay there again.
“Great Value with Great Service”
As soon as we arrived the staff at this hotel was very welcoming and even recommended different places to eat. The continental breakfast was a great value for a family vacation. The property is only a mile or two from the train station and made for efficient travel into downtown Chicago - Union Station. We researched other properties and this one gave us the best price in the area. Very clean and great service. Even had a washer and dryer (great when traveling with kids) The only complaint I have was that the beds were a little hard.
“Best Value for Your Money!”
I was driving from Toronto to Chicago and wanted to stay at hotel for a reasonable price and this was it! It's located in a great area - very close to all kinds of restaurants and retail stores! It's conveniently located just 25 minutes from the city where I was going to go watch a White Sox game :) I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for an affordable hotel stay that's still close to the city.
“A great value”
The stay was every bit as good as we expected having stayed at other Comfort Inns - the price was a great value especially compared to staying downtown. Would stay there again without question.
“Comfort Inn”
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was most helpful and friendly. When the shuttle broke down, the manager gave several customers rides in her car. Free breakfast had fresh fruit and waffles. Nice selection of chain restaurants near by for lunch and dinner, and coffee service continued all day.
“DC Traveler”
You can't beat the service and condition of this hotel for the price. Staff was nice, the hotel was very clean and well put together, and the room was clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend.
“Very Satisfied!”
I will definately stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Chicago. The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast had variety and the food was very good. If you want to be close to Chicago but don't want to stay in the city, this is the place to be.
“Nice comfortable place to stay”
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. For the price of the room the comfort was fine. I appreciate wireless connection that is easy to connect to. Overall I was very satisfied.
“Really recommendable”
The hotel is very neat, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. It's close to the I88 and the "Metra", but the latter one takes about 45min. to get to Chicago downtown. Two more positive aspects are the climate in the rooms (air is not too dry, temperature well chosen) and at night it's very quiet (during the day you can hear the traffic).

Everthing was very clean and staff was very helpful. Close shopping and resturants. Great breakfast, waffles and lots of others choices.Room was supplied with all the convience's we needed.We would stay again, and rate of the room was ok.Easy to get on and off the ramps to.
