“I would recommend”
The staff at this hotel was so polite and very attentive. My only problem was a mixup with the valet service, but it was taken care of...they comped my parking. The hotel was in a convenient area for our weekend of activities. I would highly recommend!
“Convenient to everything”
We were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants, took public transportation to others, short taxi ride to the train station...perfect for a tourist. The only complaint I would have is that breakfast at the hotel was pretty expensive, so we went elsewhere. Many other spots close by.
“Convenient,clean,wonderful staff”
I stayed at the hotel while in town for a conference. The staff was always approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me great dining experiences while I was in the city. It is in walking distance to great restaurants, and shopping is a small cab tide away, or on a beautiful day you can walk to the theaters and Garretts popcorn. My room was clean and had plenty of space. Loved the fact that I had free internet connection.

The hotel was great; the staff was helpful and pleasant; the rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable. The location is perfect for access to activities on Michigan Avenue.
“We had a great time!”
We picked this hotel for the price and location, as well as the nice lap pool, and it satisfied on all counts. The public and private rooms were clean and attractive, and nothing smelled like stale smoke. (Unusual even in many non-smoking rooms.) Service was friendly and helpful. Free hi-speed Internet access, and availability of Starbucks, are a plus. This hotel will be my first choice when we visit Chicago again!
“Spacious Rooms, Great Location”
Rooms were large and clean. Great location to MI Avenue Shopping. The staff was impecable! The price was even better!
“Great hotel”
We had a great time at this hotel. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. It was right in the heart of downtown Chicago & within walking distance of Millenium station, which was important since we took the South Shore train. Breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel was pricey & the air conditioner was a little noisey, but I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
“A great hotel!”
We enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to the L from Midway and the shopping along with the bars weren't very far away. Everyone was very pleasant and the waffles from room service rocked!

Great hotel. Very clean, comfortable and great staff. Located in the middle of everything and was close to the El. Would stay with again.
