“Trendy boutique hotel”
Great location and style. One of Chicago's best modern boutique hotels.

“Perfect for what we wanted...”
We went to Chicago for a weekend getaway. We wanted to check out Shedd Aquarium, the Field Museum, and some of Frank Llyod Wright's Houses that are still standing. The hotel was in a perfect location for all of them, plus it gave us convienent acess to the magnificent mile and lots of great food and nightlife options (there is a nice rooftop club on top of the hotel), most of which were reasonably priced and extremely good. My only problem with the hotel was that the noise from other guests/staff in the hallway came right through our door, as if they were standing in our room with us. However, we couldn't hear people once they went into their respective rooms, and as it was only a transient situation, it was not that big of a deal. I would definitely consider staying at the Dana again, the next time I'm in Chicago.

This was a great hotel at a great location. Will stay there again on our next Chicago trip.

Great views, very comfortable room & bed, very hip atmosphere. The Staff of the Hotel was extremely nice & helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. We loved the spa, too!

very modern. chic. young. alive. attention to detail was noticed and appreciated in the decorations, appearance, and personality of rooms and hotel as a whole. The indoor/outdoor rooftop bar was amazing! the bar was made of ice, with a snowman, and snowoutside incorporated into the design, with a fire pit. Only complaint was housekeeping was noisey in the mornings. Particularly, doors kept opening and closing, perhaps our room was near a maintenance closest. But overall loved the hotel and would come back again!

This hotel is excellent. It was very clean well maintained. The location is good for anything you want to do downtown. The thing we were most impressed by was the fact that we did not walk by one person on staff at the hotel who didn't greet us or say hi in some way. I did not want to leave Chicago just because of the hotel.
“Amazing Hotel!! Breath taking views!!”
This hotel was simply amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic. The floor to ceiling windows showcased the entire city! The nightly turn down service was a fantastic touch with all the windows! You simply must stay here!!!
“Unique hotel”
Stayed two nights in October. The hotel is very unique. Rooms are well appointed and contrast uniquely with unfinished concrete ceilings. Great bath & shower and comfortable bed. Very nice choice for couple's weekend getaway.
