“Nice Hotel but expect to pay for the little things”
The Fairmont is in a great location and the hotel is very nicely maintained. The rooms are nice and good size for a hotel in the city. The check-in and check-out experience was quick and efficient. Really the only bad thing I can say is that for what you pay you do not get free wi-fi ($15.61 per computer, not per room) and they don't even include a continental breakfast. Those are complimentary at the majority of hotels that are far less expensive.
“Windy City”
Great staff, nice rooms. Overall a perfect stay in the windy City.
“Great place to stay”
Good service, great bed, tasty food
“Amazing Trip”
Had an amazing weekend in Chicago with friends. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Michigan Avenue, Millennium Park, Navy Pier, and all of the amazing restaurants. The hotel was awesome, rooms amazing, staff very helpful (even at 5 am for telling you places to order carry out!), amazing view. And they get you a cab so easily right when you walk out the front door at night to go out to the bars and clubs. Great Experience. Would recommend to everyone!
“Incredible”
Clean, friendly...concierge was INCREDIBLY helpful...we put in a maintenance call and within 3 hrs it was fixed...No complaints!
“Perfect place at a good price”
Wonderful hotel, very friendly spa staff.

“Excellent position, excellent hotel”
Ideal hotel for a short break to Chicago. Great position and we had a fantastic view to the lakeshore. This position made it ideal for us to wander north and south of the river. Plenty of great restaurants nearby with a couple of smart options in the hotel itself. The bedroom was very good and comfortable. Concierge was very helpful for a couple visting for the first time.
“Great Experience”
The Fairmont Chicago was the nicest hotel I have stayed in while in Chicago. I was ideally looking for a less expensive hotel, but none were available, so I stayed at the Fairmont and will try to stay there again. The room was huge, with a separate shower and bath. There was a shoe buff machine and complimentary espresso maker in the room, along with several "mini bar" items which could be purchased. The bed was very comfortable.
