“Great experience at the Hilton.”
We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Chicago - Michigan Ave. Cultural Mile. Staff were very polite and helpful. Our room had 2 bathrooms: a real plus with 4 people staying in the room. Our room had access to the Executive Lounge which was just amazing. Served a great continental breakfast and even appetizers in the evening. Located close to many of the museums in Chicago. We would definitely stay there again.
“Chicago May 2012”
Hotel was located in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the pool. Check-in staff was great and I was able to check-in earlier than 3 pm as they had some rooms ready. Concierge lady I talked to could have been friendlier.
