Connected by skywalk to the McCormick Place convention complex, this high-rise Hyatt hotel is just a mile from Soldier Field, home of the NFL Chicago Bears. Downtown Chicago is about two miles north of the hotel.
In addition to 30 meeting and conference rooms, the Hyatt offers a staffed 24-hour business center, a 24-hour Internet office (surcharge), and wireless Internet access (surcharge) in public areas. Guests can unwind in the health club's sauna and indoor pool.

People at the Hyatt were extremely friendly and helpful, the location made it very easy to go sightseeing.

The hotel was excellent .It was convenient to McCormick Place and the Arie Crowne Theater.
“Great hotel!”
The only negative was a room with two double beds. We were told a king or queen were not available that evening. Hey, if they're not available, they're not available.
“Quite Regal”
This was quite a luxurious experience. The check-in area was top notch, I had a great steak at the restaurant, the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and well decorated, and while I had to pay for internet in my room it was cheap and available. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone staying nearby.

Entire hotel is great. Restaurant and lounge employees were wonderful. People in Chicago are surprisingly nice. Proximity to convention center is perfect. Hotel staff were more than efficient

Great Hotel. Short drive from downtown. Room: I got a room that faced downtown, it was great to watch the city lights. Room condition was impeccable - couldn't find anything to complain about. Location: This hotel is ideally located for people who are attending the events at the convention center. My business was in the downtown area, so I had to take short cab ride (about 8 bucks) for the 4 days I was there. But that short cab ride is worth it when you compare to hotels in downtown for the same amount of money. Conclusion: Overall I am really happy with this Hyatt, and I will certainly consider it next time.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Only issue was that there isn't anything at all near the hotel, you have to go a ways down the road to even find a restaurant - but it is within walking distance.
