“Affordable and comfortable.”
Knowing that it costs $55 to park a car through the Omni, we rode in on a commuter train and used the L train service during our stay. It's about a four-block walk to the Red Line, by the way. The staff is eager to arrange for taxi service if you like. Our 17th-floor room was very nice and quiet, even though we were next to the elevator shaft. Because we had plans to attend a concert on Lincoln Avenue and browse shops on Clark Street, we didn't spend much time at the hotel. We didn't use the pool, the bar or the restaurant. Basically, we wanted a fairly nice room with a good bed. We were more than satisfied.
“Personal wake up calls”
When is the last time you actually had a pleasant voice ( real human) wake you in the morning? not only did she call precisely when asked, but she also volunteered and delivered a follow up . The rooms are nice and large, the bedding is "heavenly" , the staff is professional and friendly, and the amenities are top notch. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that when you join their reward club you are immediately given complimentary wifi in your room, but they will also provide a complimentary morning beverage, iron two items as requested and a few other niceties. Check it out. You will not regret it!
“chicago hotel”
Very pleasent and great location. No complaints at all!
“Great hotel”
The all suite hotel was great even though I was traveling alone. There would be plenty of room for 2 people, including the counter space in the bathroom. The bedroom has doors into the living area and the bathroom for privacy. Great location on Michigan Avenue. I only had breakfast in the hotel. The buffet was very good. Its a locavore's delight. Would absolutely stay here again.
“Fantastic for families”
All of the hotel staff were very happy and accommodating. They offered to bring a refrigerator to the room. The quality of food and service at 676 restaurant was fantastic. I have stayed at omni in San Diego which was nice, but felt this stay was exceptional. Details for kids like welcome bag, cookies, doll accessories for restaurant, baby food on the kids menu. Loved it!
“Great hotel!”
A great hotel--friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern room, great restaurant, and a location on the Miracle Mile to die for. This is our new go-to hotel in Chicago.
“Omni fast becoming our fav”
We had a very nice overnight stay. Had dinner & breakfast both at the 676 restaurant which were both very nice. A few problems with dinner but they went out of their way to make them right. We stayed at the Omni Royal Crescent in New Orleans last year and I have to say that the Omni is becoming our favorite hotel chain. Their customer service is second to none!!!
“Impressive Service”
Hotel service was pretty impressive. Very attentive to our needs. Clean, well kept rooms. Because we were on the Mircale Mile side of hotel room was a bit noisy, other than that this hotel is a reccomend.
“Magnificant hotel on the Manificant Mile”
Beautiful property with great service. The location on North Michigan Avenue is absolutely perfect for enjoying many of the sites in the River North area of Chicago. Also close to public transportation. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice getaway, both couples and families. They do cater to familys/kids.
“Great Deal”
Excelent location, and good hotel for the price I paid, very recccomendable.
