“Will go back!”
Far exceeded our expectation. Close to all things "Chicago" and short cab ride everywhere else.
“Great Hotel”
The room was beyond expectations. The linens were clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Everything was just great. Only disappointment was the luck of diversity in the clientele. Kept wondering why I could only see two or so blacks out of the more than one hundred caucasions in the lobby and bar area. Just baffled me. Came from DC!!!
“Sheraton Chicago, a memorable experience!”
This hasn't been our first time staying at the Sheraton Chicago. My husband and I live in Orland Park and try to stay there at least twice a year. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms are by far the best that we have seen! Everyone at the hotel go above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience.
“.”
Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The roomservice was not very great but overall aces.
“towels”
If you are planning on swimming after 4pm make sure you bring towels to the pool, as more people check in towels disappear
“Check the view”
enjoyed the view and the ease of moving in and out of the hotel
“Sheraton”
Overall hotel experience was good. Directions to some landmarks could have been a little better.
“A wonderful Mother's Day Getaway!”
I stayed here with my 81 year old mother for our Mother's Day weekend getaway. It was the best time we have ever had in Chicago! View was out of this world!!! We have been coming to chicago for over 25 years together and this was a wonderful hotel with everything you need, and walking distance to great shopping and a safe area also.
“Great hotel”
I was very satisfied with my stay at the Sheraton even though I was only there for one night. The hotel was better than I imagined. Very beautiful hotel and my fiance and I had a great view from our room. Lots of places to go near the hotel and great restaurants (u might wanna look into that seeing as how everything the hotel serves is way overpriced). The workers were friendly and helpful but the lady who came to do the housekeeping the morning we were due to leave just walked into the room on us. Thank god we were both fully dressed and getting ready to leave by then. Besides that and the covers on the bed being so loud whenever u move around (sounded like paper being balled up) everything was fine. I would definitely stay here again.
“Great Location”
Lots of fun things to do in Chicago and this hotel is situated nicely. Great front desk staff!
