“CHICAGO PININSULA”
We travel to Chicago quite often in the past always stayed at the Four Seasons. This trip we picked the Peninsula and it was far superior. Great service, great room and incredible staff!
“4 Wonderful Days of Rest and Relaxation”
Everything about this hotel was excellent. The bed and bedding was extrememly comfortable. The room was pristine clean. The service and the SPA was one of the best I have encountered. I highly recommend this hotel!
“PENINSULA-CHICAGO”
A SUPERB HOTEL WITH AN INCREDIBLE STAFF WITH A PASSION FOR PERSONALIZED SERVICE...
“Absolutely wonderful!”
The facilitiy, room, serivce were all outstanding. Will definitely return.
“FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE”
The room was flawless in perfect condition and featured one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The television in the bathroom was a neat unusal feature. You will really enjoy the "mood lighting" available in both the bathroom and the rest of the room. Highly recommended.
“Nothing to Complain About”
I chose this Hotel because reputation was that it was the best in Chicago. I found the hotel charming and the service super. I'm not gonna declare it the best in chicago since i have yet to stay at the ritz, however, this hotel leaves nothing to be desired. I would recommend the Penninsula as a safe bet for those intending to make an impression on their company.
“best hotel in Chicago”
Absolutely the Best. From now on this is my home away from home.
“They know what they are doing!!!”
A wonderful hotel with an extremely high standard of service. The only criticism I would have is that there was road repaving on the street outside our room and the city decided to have their workers (jackhammers and all) do it beginning at 3am. As a result, we called the front desk and they made arrangements for us to sleep in another room for the remainder of the night. I would highly recommend this hotel, but would suggest that you ask about current street work before they assign the location of your room.
“Amazing Experience.”
Hotel property was 1st rate with immaculate attention to detail. Staff service was over the top in every respect. Travel quite frequently and this is probably the best overall experience I've had in a big city hotel. Avenues restaurant is an incredible experience if your prepared for a pricey meal.
