“Wish we could have spent a week!”

“Amazing Service, Amazing Location”

I'm sure there better looking hotel rooms in Chicago, but where this hotel really excels is in the level of service offered to guests. The execution was perfect. Its location was also also complimented by the fact that it is currently the most pronounced building on the Chicago skyline. You always know the way back to the hotel.

“Best hotel I've ever stayed in”

All I can say is wow. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one surpasses all of them. The location was perfect and the service was exceptional (check-in, housekeeping, spa, fitness, and dining). We will be staying here no matter what brings us back to Chicago.

All the details matter to the trump. Wonderful hotel. Beautiful room. Great spa. excellent restaurant. It is worth the extra money. The staff is so courteous and willing to make your stay wonderful.

“Best hotel I have stayed in Chicago. Extremely helpful staff.”

We checked into the room and had to leave quickly to make a Cubs game. Staff was extremely helpful in every respect. When we got back from the game my wife needed something at a drugstore. The front door staff not only told us where it was but escorted us to Walgreens. Terrace was beautiful for drinks. Food is very expensive but service made it worthwhile. Room had everything you could ever want.

“Fantastic”

Perfect location adjacent to the loop, the river, the el and the mile. Very helpful staff. Very clean hotel. If you like to exercise the gym is really nice and the bank of cardio machines overlooking the river bridges is amazing.

“5 star hotel”

Excellent service. Very personable staff. Elegant and non-pretentious surroundings. Rooms on the west side of the building have a less than average view. Overall pricey but worth it for a special visit.

“Loved the Trump Tower and Chicago”

We loved the Trump Tower - the room was wonderful; the floor to ceiling windows are superb; the neighborhood is great; and proximity to all tourist destinations is wonderful; the riverwalk runs right across from the hotel; Sixteen Restaurant was great for breakfast - didn't have lunch or dinner there; the little grocery store was great for snacks and wine; the concierge was most helpful; and we loved Chicago as well. Would highly recommend a stay at the Trump Tower!
