"The lobby, breakfast area, halls and room were all clean. Housekeeping was friendly and gave us extra towels upon request. The only elevator in the hotel broke when we arrived back on our second night so we had to hike up the stairs to the 3rd floor which was difficult as my husband is recovering from knee surgery. A few hours later the elevator was fixed but made a loud rumbling noise all night long when in use. The location of the hotel is on a busy major intersection and our room was on that side of the building so we heard every motorcycle, truck and fire engine go by all night long. It also seems like insulation in the building is lacking as we could hear everything outside of our room all night long. We never stayed at a Spark hotel before and thought we'd try it, although the hotel seemed fairly new, the location and overall quality of the hotel is sub par, the lower cost offsets this so it can appeal to many families traveling."

"The Ramada was in a good location at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the property needed upgrades throughout. It was apparent everything was old and worn. The biggest thing was that there wasn't an elevator to get to the second floor. My wife has a hard time climbing any stairs. This should have been in the description of the hotel."

"The room was very nice but it was vents that needed to be cleaned or replaced they were very dusty and the ceiling fan in the living room wasn’t working & it wasn’t any extra blankets but overall our stay went well"
