“Very nice!”
Loved this hotel overall. The only exception to my love was the bed - that was a like, only because I couldn't get the setting to be quite right. We have a Sleep Number at home, expected it to be like that. It was more like a combination between that and a Tempurpedic. And I didn't care for having to get off the bed to change the setting, then having to stay off it for five minutes while it adjusted. I finally gave up on that game and just made do with it. If I'd stayed there before and already knew the right setting for me, it probably would have been a fabulous bed!
“would go back anytime”
Hotel was only 8 mos. old, it was beautiful and extremely clean. My husband and 2 sons (age 8yrs. and 4 yrs.) loved the hotel. Service was friendly, we had fun in the pool even though it is very, very small. We loved everything about our stay. The only disappointment was the fact that since the hotel is brand new we had an extremely difficult time finding it because our GPS could not find it!! We had to phone the hotel several times in order to find the hotel, so definitely use MapQuest before your trip to the hotel!
“Nice, clean rooms”
We chose this hotel knowing that it was in a location convenient for our weekend needs. The rooms were clean, bright, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was an excellent choice for our stay.
“Fantastic hotel near everything”
This is a relatively new hotel with great facilities and a wonderful staff. It is adjacent to Kings Island and in easy access to downtown Cincinnati. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely stay there on my next trip!
“We felt like we owned the place!”
We were greeted with exceptional staff who were eager to please. Recommendations for local BBQ and entertainment were right on target. We all love ice-cream and enjoyed Graeters (right next door). Two out of the 3 of us did not like firm beds, but I slept very comfortably. The pool facilities were clean and quiet due to a commercial water park less than 5 miles away. Overall, we all had a great stay and would return on subsequent visits to Cinci!
“Great new hotel!”
We enjoyed staying there for one night, my wife is picky when it comes to hotels and she really enjoyed it since I didn't tell the family I reserved the room, I just drove them there! My only problem was the free WiFi, we did not have any problem connecting with laptop, but the connecting page was not set for mobile. (iphone and ipod) so it was hard inputting the information in right place! I am sure it will be fix soon!

Would recommend this hotel and the service. I have worked in hospitality and it takes a bit to impress me. The hotel and staff were excellent. Job well done!

Truely enjoyed our stay at this friendly, clean accomodaing hotel. Will definately stay there again.
“Great time in Cinci!”
This is a great hotel in Cinci! My daughter and I stayed overnight for a day at Kings Island. The hotel served cookies at the main desk, had a 24 hour a day spa open for all, and nice looking pools. Our room was comfortable and nice. It was a quiet hotel. It couldn't have been a better stay. My family will be staying at this hotel chain whenever we travel from now on!
“Very satisfied!”
Was very satisfied with our stay at The Hilton Garden Inn. We were visiting Kings Island. It was very close to the park and had all the accommodations we needed. The surrounding area was convenient and very nice as well. Will be back next year definitely!
