"My stay was excellent from start to finish! The staff was welcoming and willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The hotel amenities were great, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service during checking in . I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel room."

"First, the disappointment in $20 parking fee hidden on hotels.com app under drop down listing.Had already paid $45 to park at Kings Island that day. The hotel appeared over booked beyond capacity, not a chance for restful stay or to enjoy amenities while there. 1 tiny kid size light weight throw per bunk bed and 1 thin worn fuzzy blanket for pull out sofa -requested more but they never came. Guests on our floor and floor above were obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate majority of night letting kids/teenagers run and slam doors back and forth between rooms for over an hour. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy some vacation time and sleep peacefully this is not it - this place is for people looking to set their kids loose without supervision and check out on parenting."
