“Five star service”
When I tried to use the free wireless internet access, I found that the plug that connects the computer to the modem had a piece broken off. I went to the front desk, and they had a maintenance man fix it within ten minutes. At 7 a.m. On a Sunday. Now that's service. Great pool, great housekeeping service, really first-rate all around.
“Would love to stay again!”
I arrived at the hotel and it was right off the expressway, but tucked away and nice and quiet. The room was two story with a bedroom and private bath on the top floor. The lower floor had a queen size bed that pulled out of the wall with a privacy curtain to divide it from the living room which had a pull out bed in the sofa. The room had a full kitchen with dishwasher and included basic cooking utensils and serving plates and utensils. The only thing we had to buy was a baking sheet. There is a dining room (like a breakfast nook) and a bathroom downstairs. The accomodations were very nice. The breakfast buffet (included) had eggs, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, muffins, yogurt, fruit and just about anything you could want for breakfast. I would definately recommend staying here.
“Recommended”
Quick check-in and check-out. The included breakfast was a nice addition with more selections than the usual donut. Desk staff was friendly and the grounds/maintenance workers even managed to say hello when passing by. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The rooms each have separate entrances which made it feel more like staying in an apartment than in a hotel. Convenient location adjacent to I75 and no traffic noise.

“Surprisingly stylish and comfortable stay.”
Stayed in loft apartment at Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati North-Sharonville. The apartment felt luxurious with very cool architecture. Large open-air type atmosphere with a fireplace, how do you beat that? Also full breakfast and dinner was available to all guests free of charge. Location was central to main highways and easily accessible. I enjoyed my stay very much and would not hesitate to book again.
“Great family hotel”
Lovely, very spacious rooms with fireplace, full kitchen, and separate area for bathroom. Swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court for kids. Free, full breakfast and reception each night with food (such as pizza or burgers), beer and wine. Great for the family.
“Nice place, good value”
Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfasts were great and the evening "manager's receptions" essentially provided free dinner! Will be returning on my next business trip.
“Long Weekend”
Everything was to our satisfaction except for the breakfast buffet. The hot food was tasteless with the exception of the waffle which we made fresh . . .
“Great Space”
Our family used this hotel simply as an over-night stopping point on a long trip to do some laundry. We were pleasantly surprised at the comfortable space and relatively full kitchen. The outdoor pool was fabulous, laundry facilities were adequate, and access to the local gym was a plus. We would stay there again next time we visit Cincinnati.
“My Birthday Trip”
Bed was confortable. Bathroom was spacious. It was my birthday, so I appreciated having a refrigerator to put my cake in. We were also there for a little business, and the hotel was less than five miles from the event. The price was right, as well. Overall, we had a great stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.
