“Delightful”
Room temperature hard to control -- usually too hot, regardless of the thermostat setting. Otherwise, delightful in every respect. Sttf members were very helpful with restaurant suggestions, how to get to sights, etc. Breakfast is good. The hotel is wonderfully located with respect to train stations and all points of interest.
“Excellent hotel”
Excellent accomodations and in the heart of La SpeZia. Knowledgable and well spoken desk personnel. Within walking distance of bus and train stations. We would certainly stay there again.
“Nice hotel with easy access to Cinque Terre”
Nice hotel. Good free breakfast. Free WiFi. Large room. Private bathroom w/o bath tub. No fitness rm.
“Great Choice for Cinque Terre visitors”
We didn't want to hassle with driving to the Cinque Terre in order to stay there, so we picked the My Hotel in La Spezia and couldn't have been happier. It's central location (on a hill just below the castle) is a short walk to either the trains or boats to the Cinque Terre towns, so you have a choice. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The hotel's secure parking garage was a nice feature, since the streets in the area are small and packed with cars. Great breakfasts, too!

“Great Place to Stay”
We stayed here as our base for Cinque Terre. This hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. About 10 minutes from the train station. Would definetly stay here again.
“Wonderful Service and Quiet Rooms”
We finally had a good nights sleep. The hotel is close to shopping and not far from the shore where you can catch a boat to Cinque Terra. We enjoyed the staff at this hotel, the good breakfasts and perfect location.

We had planned our trip to Italy for over a year and I was anxious & hopeful about our accommodations. I was more than pleased, in every way, with My One Hotel in La Spezia. Loved the location, the rooms were great, staff was so friendly & helpful and breakfast was perfect. Thank you for making this trip an unforgettable experience! We definitely would like to return. “great option for exploring Cinque Terre”
We were very pleased with this hotel. We arrived at 10AM after an early drive from Tuscany. Reception was exceptional - very friendly and helpful/told us our room was ready and let us check in at 10AM!/went outside to curb to help us find one of the hotel parking places/offered us coffee and breakfast We walked to the train station - a short walk up a pedestrian-only shopping street - and were able to spend the entire day touring the Cinque Terre. Very comfortable/spotless/modern hotel. Front desk personnel went out of their way to be helpful.
“nice hotel”
this hotel is within walking distance from the train station...10 minute walk through the shopping area. excellent location to use as a base for visiting cinque terre. train ride to cinque terre is 10 minute. room is very clean and modern. bathroom is very small though. shower stall is very small and narrow. our experience was very pleasant. staffs were very kind. would definitely stay here again
