“Great stay, friendly staff and convienant.”
Very pleasant staff, very nice hotel, especially when you compare it to the other hotels in the area. Great customer service and took real good care of us. The curtesy taxi is enough reason to stay at this hotel.

I am from California and I always trave! I gotta say that this is thee best Hotel I have ever stayed at! The service is amazing and very helpful. They have a shuttle that takes you everywhere you need to go and at no carge, saves you a $10 taxi ride for sure. The Shuttle guys are very kind and friendly "they make you feel extremely welcomed and free to talk to" I love these guys!!!!!!! they will give you the best advise and they are professionals and take their job with pride!!!! I love the breakfast buffet,they have everything at no extra charge:) better than any breakfast at any restaurant! saves you so much money but the food is amazing!!!!! Happy hour is unlimited beer, juice, soda, and they also have food every night! The pool and gim are amazing! I love this place!
“Better than I hoped for!”
This is by far one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in. Staff was very helpful. Our room was great; we had three small children in our room and the staff was sure to leave enough towels for everyone. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Pool was kept sparkling the entire time we were there. If you HAVE to be in Juarez this is the place to stay!

Nice Hotel, everybody was nice and very professional,all the employees look very organized and ready to help you if you need assistance. I also liked the shuttle service at no extra charge. Thank you

Complimentary breakfast, Complimentary wifi, Complimentary Transportation, Outdoor pool, great service. Kids had fun, as did my wife and I. Friendly staff made u feel right at home. more than what i expected. i recommend this hotel.

The service was great,the breakfast was excellent and the hotel offers transportation to the consul and other locations. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to go to the consul or to take care of any other business around this area.

My travel experience was great I will ready to go back and enyoy the time to relaxing with my family. I have a great time and I will be back on soon. Because the hotel was very clean and all personal was very nice they always have and smile and make people to feel as a family all the service was great when I ask for something they always ready to help. It is why people enyoy the stay on Hampton Hotel and feel like go back again. This are my second time to go this hotel I always told my friend to go and stay on the Hampton Hotel, because the great service they provided.
