The hotel was just fine, but the staff was fantastic starting with Aurora at the front desk. She made me feel welcome from the very start and she made sure I was taken care of. Being from a diffrent country, I was nervous about going to "a strange land". Thanks to all!

“Beyond my expectations :)”
I didn't look at the reviews before reserving a room in this hotel but, when I finally saw the reviews I was frightened because they were kinda bad. It was too late and we had to suck it up. Thank God it was all the contrary of the reviews. The staff was very attentive and were honest people, I left my laptop and my phone and when I came back the room was picked up neatly and my electronics were left on the desk. The food there was really good, way better than expected. I have been to other hotels like the Ibis hotel and the food was nasty. The rooms were very clean and the hotel in general is very well kept. The pool was great for my kids, it was cold outside but the pool was indoor and the water was very warm. Felt like a hot tub so it was perfect. It is also close to the Consulado and close to lots and lots of shopping. There was a mall, Soriana, Home depot, Mcdonalds. We took a car and drove everywhere, everything was about 3-5 minutes away. However my husband and I walked to the consulado and it took us about 20 minutes. Good exercise, hehehe. To conclude Hotel Kystal was a great experience for me and my kids and if we had to go to Ciudad Juarez again we would pick Hotel Krystal again. Hope I helped :)
“Nice stay, but prepare to use a taxi (or two)”
Hotel was very clean. Our first room has a problem with the air conditioning system, but after alerting the staff, we were moved promptly and without hassle. The breakfast buffet was great and provide different options each morning. One thing to note, though is the fact that while the hotel provide transportation to the Consulate, nearby shopping center, and the airport, they will not pick you up from anywhere. Also, arranging transportation was kind of a hassle as they seem to do it on "their" schedule, not yours. For example, if you need to be at the consulate at a particular time and someone that has an appointment/flight/shopping to do asks for a ride before you do, you will have to either leave earlier (If you are lucky) or wait until after.
“ok hotel”
This hotel has great service; and has a resturant with great economic food. It is close the embassy and the mall. Two things I did not like about this hotel is that; one of their computers to access the internet was broken so only one available the whole time.. also the hot tub was out of service.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was very clean and well organized. The employees were very helpful. The restaurant was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“Nice and big room”
I had booked a room with a living room area and was quite happy with the overall size. The microwave oven didn't work, the pipes were clogged in the shower and the place was so so clean. Good confortable bed and a great living space made me forget about the other disagreement. Good price.
