“A very pleasant experience”

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was in order. The breakfast room was great, with a variety of breakfast items from which to chose, and the staff were attentive. Everything went very smoothly, and I would recommend this hotel.

“Friendly staff, convenient location”

This hotel was very convenient to my destination of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - we could walk there. It was also convenient to many eating establishments and the Hard Rock Cafe was also within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to friends and I will most-likely stay there again in the future.

“Great Location”

Hampton Inn Cleveland Downtown is ideally located for many Cleveland venues. Jacob's Field, Brown's Football Stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame are all located within a very reasonable distance. Many restaurants located close by. Hampton Inn does an outstanding Extended Continential Breakfeast with a wide variety of items and a very pleasant staff on hand !!!!!!

“Best bang for your buck!”

Service was great. Checked in early, no problem. Booked two rooms, they upgraded one room to a suite so that our rooms could be next to each other. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Location good, 3 blocks from rock and roll hall of fame.

“Close to everything”

The staff was very helpful, made good suggestions about how to get to places and where to eat. The hotel was close to my meeting, but also close to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and sports statiums. The room was confortable and clean.

“Great Place, Great Customer Service”

We were in town for a concert at the Music Hall and to see the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Great location for both, right around the corner from the music hall. Friendly service and clean quiet room. Breakfast was complimentary even though we were late getting up. Super service, highly recommended.

“Nice Hotel”

Had freshed baked cookies in lobby, gave us 10% coupon for restaurant that was excellent. We had suite which was a bargin and BIG. Want to go back to Cleveland.
