“Home away from home”
Me and my husband love getting away for an evening from time to time and absolutely love staying at The Residence Inn. It's our home away from home.

loved the hotel and its location!!!! perfect for our girls night out on W6th street!!! the room was huge!! it could have been a apartment in the soho district in NYC!!! we will be back!! thanks marriot and expedia i can always trust you!!!
“Would book again”
Very reasonable for such a large, well-appointed room with a great location. Breakfast also was excellent--it has healthy choices!
“Plan on going back soon for another long weekend”
We loved that we were right in the middle of downtown Cleveland. We had a place where we could park and we were in walking distance or a short cab ride to places we wanted to visit. Was very impressed with the breakfast provided...did wish that they offered pop as well or other types of milk besides 2%. Staff was very friendly and would recommend this hotel to anyone that wanted a comfortable and safe hotel that is close to the downtown action to anyone. We are planning another leisure trip soon and will make our hotel reservations there.
“Great hotel”
The only problem we had was with parking. They didn't give us a special parking tag and anyone off the street could park in their underground lot.

Rooms were beautiful and very large, and staff was quite helpful and friendly. Watch out for the parking garage, especially with a truck or SUV, it's quite tight. Otherwise, a great experience. Easy walking distance to the Gund Arena and Jacobs Field.
“Cleveland Rocks!”
This was our second venture to Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The hotel was wonderful. I had never stayed at a Residence Inn before and knew little about them. We were very pleasantly surprised at the huge size of the room, all the amenities, and the couteous service staff. We had a very nice time, and I highly recommend the Residence Inn in downtown Cleveland.
“Excellent Choice”
Clean, comfortable and elegant. We had friendly staff which recommended a nice restaurant close by and let us know that it provides hotel patrons with a 10% discount when you show your room key. The water pressure is great in the shower. Amenities were provided at every turn, including a refrigerator, microwave and a vending machine downstairs with frozen meals, champagne and plenty of soda & snacks, etc available. Our only suggestion would be that the continental breakfast might be served until a little later in the morning. We enjoyed our stay very much and will absolutely stay there again in the future!
