“Friendly staff, great location, comfortable beds and pillows”
Don't be turned off by the exterior. The staff and hotel are top rate. The beds and pillows are like sleeping on a cloud.
“Very Satisfied”
The hotel was a great value for what I paid. Basic room, clean, comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The chinese food in the hotel restaurant was good. The hotel exterior was in need of renovation, but the lobby and rooms were good. It was just outside downtown by a few blocks and my meeting downtown was about 5 minutes away on the city's tram line.
“Nice place to stay.”
My son and I stayed for 5 days. The hotel was clean,quiet and employees very helpful. We ate mostly at the place in the hotel. They had unusual chinese food , but also had things like pizza-which was very good, and burgers. I would definately stay there again.

“Stay Here You Will Not Regret It”
I arrived at the hotel late and my reservation was honored, the staff was very polite. I needed phone numbers to cabs and directions where were provided to me without delay. I would gladly tell my friends if they are ever in the Cleveland, Ohio area this hotel is a must stay. Thank you so much..oh by the way the rate was great!!!

Cheap, clean and provides a shuttle directly to Case Western Reserve and Cleveland Clinic - great for students
“This dump was exactly what I wanted and the price is right”
4pm check in was not expected but that was my only concern with this hotel. Staff and other guests were extremely helpful and made our stay a pleasent one.
“Short bus ride to everything in downtown Cleveland”
The hotel was clean and pleasant. It is on a bus line to downtown and the train to the airport. The people were friendly.
“Did it's job!”
In a run-down area of Euclid Ave. Surrounding area was not the best, but that falls more on the city than the hotel. One good thing the RTA "healthline" drops off right in front of the hotel, and at 2.25 a trip, it was a good way to get to and from downtown cleveland. The hotel room itself was nice with a clean, comfortable bed, and working TV. Continental breakfast was good with waffles,cereal, and both apple and orange juice. The place wasn't big on frills as pricier hotels, but for a place to stay a night, it served it's purpose well.
“Helped a stressful event to be tolerable”
There was definite improvements from our last stay in July 2009. It appeared to be slight improvements and remodeling. The restaurant has a nice selection that should suit all ages. The variety and quality of food is much better than last July. It is the ideal place to stay if visiting the Cleveland Clinic. It is just off the expressway and straight shot to Clinic, although they do offer transportation to the clinic which was very helpful. The security of having to use your room key to activate the elevator made me feel very safe. Since it was my mother and I and we are not familiar with the town.
