“Very comfortable hotel!”
Free Wi-Fi was very good! It's a little pity that there is no refrigerator . The bar was also nice.

“Was impressed”
We were very pleased with our hotel and the staff. The Valet guys were available to help us during all hours (we arrived during the middle of the night and left then) and they were very accomodating to help us with getting out of the parking garage, etc. Very good location. We walked to the Indians game, to see Cleveland Browns stadium and Lake Erie. We were pleased.
“Well Worth It”
Very , very nice, accommodating staff, clean rooms, good restaurant (food). The hotel is centrally located, and they have terrific car/taxi valet service that is very quick & reasonable, but in one direction, there are several stores that are closed up and the theatre district doesn't have much to offer EXCEPT theatre, no browsing around.

I only stayed for one night, but the staff was friendly and very helpful. They take care of everything for you efficiently and they aren't bothersome. I would recommend to anyone!

“Wonderful Romantic Getaway!!!!”
I had never really stayed in downtown before, but this was the best. Jacuzzi is large and relaxing and pool is good place to cool off after working out. Room service was good and overall staff are warm and friendly. Location of this hotel is great. Lots of restaurants, obviously Playhouse Square, and only a short cab ride to warehouse district. Cannot wait to go back!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Wonderful Weekend”
I took my wife to Cleveland for her 55th, from the time we walked into the Wyndham we were treated as if we were long lost friends Mel at the front desk is wonderful. My wife and I picked the Wyndham because of a restaurant and a playhouse a block and a half away. When we asked for information about the restaurant we had planned to eat at after the play without a blink we were handed a menu for Bricco. This is important becuase when we ate at the Wyndham the next night the meal was one of the best we had ever been served. The hotel we found out had just undergone a 4 million dollar restoration and there was more upgrades on the way. We would go back again without looking at another hotel.
“A little noisy”
The room was very nice and spacious. However, you could hear everything going on in the hallway, as well as the adjacent rooms. Otherwise, very comfortable and accomodating.
