"Clean room, but the bathroom is tired and needs a full upgrade. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that we left with back pain. The sliding screen door doesn’t secure properly. The restaurant menu is limited and overpriced. The fish was excellent, but the kitchen couldn’t manage to serve the vegetables hot on two attempts. After 14 years of returning to Opal Cove, it’s disappointing to see that nothing has improved. The entire property is long overdue for a serious refurbishment."

"Great place for a quick overnight stay. Beds were really comfy. We were located on a top floor and people were smoking in the ground floor so filled our room with smoke whenever we opened the door. Highway noise wasn’t too bad, we slept through it. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. We would stay here again."
