“Awesome hotel”
Even though off the beaten track the transit is so easy. Loved the room and staff. Loved Paris!!!!
“Absolutely loved it!!!”
After reading some of the reviews, we were a bit worried about finding our way to the hotel, but it turned out to be really easy!! It's only a short distance from La Defense by bus (10 minutes max), there are 4 different bus services (very frequent) that can get you there and there's a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, across the street. Check-in was very fast and easy and the room was incredible, the bed was really big and comfortable and so was the bathroom. We didn't try the food at the hotel, but the 24h store was very convenient (not so cheap, though). There are some chinese and japanese restaurants nearby (walking distance) and a small McDonald's as well. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, the service and the area and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family!
“Paris' hidden gem”
We were greeted by a lovely receptionist that was extremely helpful. We arrived quite late at 10:15 and the kitchen closed at 10:30 but they ensured that we made it in time so that we could have dinner and answered any questions that we had. This was the best hotel experience that I have ever received. The food was amazing and the customer service was top notch. The room was spacious and luxurious. The hotel is not in the city centre but it's easy to get there. They are extending the rail to the hotel so the prices may go up once this happens because at this moment in time the hotel is accessible by taking the metro to La Defense then a short bus ride which may have kept the prices reasonable.
“First Time In Paris”
Booked this hotel as a present for my girlfriend and was extremely satisfied with the hotel overall. The Staff on reception where always very helpfull, helped with the Metro system and also recommended a very nice restraunt for our last night. The food at the Hotel isn't the best, very limited menu and expensive for what it is. But would definately recommend this hotel, Brilliant holiday in all.
“Great hotel with an o.k. location”
This was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The design was very modern and fresh. The rooms were very nice. Beds a little firm but they were ok. The room was very clean and it had a very modern look to it. i thought it was a little weird that the bathroom had a little window looking into the room. The hotel location is ok. Right now there is construction work going on in front of the hotel as they are expanding the SNCF line. However, it wasn't a problem during our stay. This hotel was amazing!! Would stay here again.
“Nice hotel on outskirts of Paris”
Clean and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast selection included in the price. Helpful reception staff. Location requires a train ride into Paris or in our case a 30 min walk to the nearest Metro station during the recent workers strike. Nothing of any particular interest in the area around the hotel, more of a residential/business district.

“Excellent”
The staff at this hotel were very helpful, and the hotel itself was spotless, including the room which was more than big enough. 10 minutes into Paris on the train, but that didn't bother us. Very quiet location. Breakfast was great, however the restaurant service was not that good.
“Very comfortable”
this hotel is very comfortable, the only bad part is that there is no metro station near, so it is necesary to take the bus to the metro station to go to the center of paris, the same to come back to the hotel.
“Great Hotel off the Beaten Path”
After experiencing my first London "4-star" hotel, I was a little uneasy as to what Paris would offer as a 3.5-star. I am happy to stay I was quite pleased with the Courtyard at Columbes. It's a farly modern and new hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and most speak English. The beds were very comfortable that it was hard to get out of them each day after walking all over Paris. The bathrooms were modern and spacious (a welcome change after London) The hotel has an in house resturant that is quite good but if you tire of it there is not much around save for a McDonald's at a gas station nearby. The buses stop constantly about a block away, an RER station is 2 blocks away, the La Defense Metro station is a 10 minute bus ride. I would definately stay again as you get a nice quality room though you aren't exactly on the Champs-Elysees.
