“Well done”
The room was big enough! I loved how the room was arranged and spacious. Will always look for a hyatt place hotel in my future travels. Normally rooms are too crowded and cramped but not hyatt place. Thank you.
“outstanding service and facility”
Everything was 5 star/first rate. I was very impressed with the accommodations with respect to the reasonable rate.
“great experience”
It was great. We love it. The food, the people, the design and the big space in the room
“Great Location”
Great Lcocation - spent 4 days in the area and were extremely pleased with everything. This is our third expedia vaction and will plan another again soon!
“Great hotel!”
Super clean, friendly staff, convenient area.
“Spacious rooms”
The large room was perfect for us with 2 teens and a preschooler. My only complaint would be that the beds were double instead of queen. Always love the continental breakfasts and the Starbucks. Staff was helpful. Our room had a perfect view of the mountains.
“Would definately stay again.”
We stayed at this hotel 2 nights on the way back from Arizona. The beds were rather hard, and closet space was very limited. It was difficult to even get our suitcase in the closet due to the closet's size & positioning right next to a cabinet. Suite was otherwise nice-sized & comfortable with a wonderful sectional. We enjoyed having the continental breakfast included with our stay, and hot breakfast items were available for purchase. It would have been nice to have an indoor pool, as the outdoor pool was closed, which I assume is the case for the majority of the year in Colorado. Travel to many local attractions was very easy from the hotel, and front desk staff were very knowledgeable & helpful. Hotel was a little difficult to find at first, since we arrived at night and the hotel sits off of the main road behind multiple businesses. It would be nice if they had a sign off of the main road pointing to the correct turn onto the hotel's off-road, but we did not have a bit of problem after the first time. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definately stay again the next time we are in Colorado Springs.
“Great Stay”
The Hotel staff was great! The rooms and breakfast area were clean. I had a perfect view of the Pikes Peak. I will stay here next time.
“What a deal.”
This place was nice , except a worn carpet and a burn on the sofa. The complimentary breakfast was good. Four children and all found what they wanted and enjoyed it. The fitness room had plenty of equipment. All our needs were promptly taken care of. I would use this place again but I heard rumors they were going to convert it to a 5 star hotel next year. Probably putting it out of my price range. Enjoy it while you can. What a deal. It was the best place of the four places we stayed on our trip.
“Look forward to next time”
The location is central to everything. The hotel employees were exceptional in attending to our needs. The room had everything we needed. It was quiet, comfortable and enjoyable.
