“will come back”
better than I expected
“No Surprises”
Hotel experience was as we expected. No surprises which was great.
“"Great Choice"”
I had an unexpected early check-in and the staff were eager to accommodate me. The room was clean and had easy access to two highways for those just traveling through. Good restaurants within walking distance. Only downfall is no hot tub - I guess you can't have it all, but this is a great choice for a comfortable stay!
“Great Place”
Traveling on business I have a lot of choices of hotels. We are compensated on the hotel so the price really doesn't matter. I do however look out for my companies best interest and money. I like staying a hotels like the Hampton for the simple fact the internet is free, the breakfast are free and the rates are very reasonable. This hotel had it all. Clean rooms, incredible breakfast, friendly people at the front desk, hi speed wireless internet and very clean rooms. If you are looking for a great place to stay I would recommend this hotel.
“Excellet location for Ft Jackson graduation”
Overall good. If traveling here for graduation @ Ft Jackson: Excellent location for easy access to the Fort, however you need to ask about late checkout policies. First cleark said that there was a $35 fee if after 12:00 and then $55 after 1PM.....other cleark said that the $35 did not apply till after 1PM. We came directly back to the hotel after graduation and checked out at about 1215....and were NOT charged extra........
“Housekeeping”
It was ok. Friendly service. My only complaint is with housekeeping. They start knocking the doors at 8 am saying: housekeeping. I told the maid that I would be out of the room in one hour. I left the hotel and came back after lunch and the room was not done. I was very tired for the long drive and stayed in my room with the do not distrurb sign at the door. That day my room was not done and I didn't get clean towels. I didn't complain because I had towels for the next day.
“Disappointed”
We have used the 50 % discount without knowing the name of the hotel and had been pleased. This was not one of those times. the TV did not work, we had to call the front desk then wait 30 minutes then go to the front desk to find out why no one was comming to fix the problem.
