“Will definitely go back”
This hotel was great! It had a wonderful continental breakfast, the room was clean and the front desk personnel were very helpful. This hotel is centrally located to all of Columbus' sites, including OSU, Malls, Downtown. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to others.

“Comfortable and friendly”
This was my second visit to this hotel in four months, and I went back because my first visit was good. Though not a luxury hotel by any stretch, the rooms are nice and quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Expedia rates this as a three-star and in comparison with other three-star hotels it rates, this one is much cheaper per night. The breakfast is really very magnificent for a continental-style morning meal. The location is just a little difficult to find, but it's right off of the interstate, making it convenient to most of the city. There are a variety of restaurants located nearby.

We got a very nice rate. The hotel was not the fanciest in the world, but was totally acceptable in every way.

Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet at end of hall. Breakfast was adequate.

“Great place for the price”
I had read some fairly negative reviews of this hotel before I booked it but because of the price I went ahead and booked a room. I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was large and comfortable. The staff, while not real professional, were friendly and helpful. A great breakfast with breads/waffles/cereals/fruit was included. The only negative was they allowed pets, and while I like animals, there was one small dog that yiped continuously for hours in the afternoon while obviously the owner was out and then during the middle of the night it started yiping again and the owner yelling at the dog was almost as obnoxious as the dog at that hour.

“Huge Room, Friendly and Helpful Staff”
The hotel was great. It looked kinda of shabby from the outside but my room was great, big and clean and comfortable. They have free wi-fi and breakfast and there staff was really helpful, the person who checked me in forgot to activate my room key and one of the staff went and had it resolved for me in less than 5 minutes while she told me to check out my room. I would definitely stay there again.
