“The Doubletree and Columbus are super clean!”

Staff was awesome from the front desk to the dining room/bar. Food was good. Room was spacious and as always the beds are super comfy. There was a slight smell of smoke but housekeeping arrived and took care of it within 10 minutes of my call to the front desk. It is located in the heart of the city (which is extremely clean). You can walk to galleries and many local sites from this location. I would definitely stay here again!

“great place to stay”

Stayed here for 2 nights to go to the nearby convention center. It was a great stay, the staff was friendly and helped me get right in. Room was HUGE. High quality room, ordered a breakfast that tasted great. Quick convenient checkout. Located around plenty of restaurants, 20 minute walk to the convention center was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

“4 night stay.”

The hotel was great! I really loved the onsite bar. I would have preferred to have a pool. Also, the basketball court was not available.

“Wonderful Anniversary”

We travel quite a bit and have seen good and mediocre hotels. Since this was our anniversary, I was hoping it would be nice. I was so impressed with this hotel. We stayed in a king river view suite, and I could not have asked for more. The room was gorgeous, the view was pretty, and the hotel staff was extremely nice. We were able to walk to the theater to see the ballet as well as several very nice restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel provided room service, and it was delicious. It was honestly THE best hotel I've ever experienced. We're going back!

“More than I needed”

I was only staying there one night, the quality was better than expected. I only needed a small room, but was given a 2 room suite. Finding where to park the car was an issue.

“Go again”

Absolutely excellent for the price. Staff warm, friendly and helpful, especially food and beverage manager. Located downtown but well placed for a number of attractions and a short distance away from others (walking distance). Was there to visit family so may well return and would have no hesitation in booking Doubletree again.
