“Great hotel option at the Arboretum”
The Hyatt Place offers many of the options of a full service hotel but at a much lower price. The rooms have great amenities (i.e. large, flat screen TV) and are spacious. My only beef is that they HVAC is a wall unit that can be loud at times.

I have been very pleased with other Hyatt Place properties and this one was no exception. I would recommend it highly.

“Best Hotel Stay Ever”
My stay at the Hyatt Place in Worthington, OH was my best hotel stay ever - and the competition is pretty tough! The staff was amazingly friendly, responsible to questions or requests and always greeted me with a smile and a kind word. The room exceeded my expectations in comfort, layout and amenities. The best was beyond comfortable and the sofa in the suite was spacious and cozy for curling up and watching the (huge!) flat screen TV. And even the other hotel guests were polite and courteous (and that included the bus load of elementary-aged soccer players). The breakfast was delicious and well varied with fresh fruit and some hot entrées. The lobby was comfortable and inviting with many different places to sit and lounge if you desired. I had one minor problem (a missing screw on the security chain on the door) but after bringing it to the staff's attention it was fixed immediately with a sincere apology for the inconvenience. In the photos of the rooms I was concerned that the flooring looked like tile. I was pleasantly surprised to realize the photos were deceiving because the suite was fully carpeted with a stylish carpet that was comfy under my toes. I stayed for 3 nights and it was a pleasure to get back to my room each evening after a day of meetings. Thanks for the great experience! This hotel is located about a 15 minute drive north of the downtown Columbus Arena District. Traffic getting into and out of downtown Fri or Sat wasn't a problem.
“The Hyatt Place is always my favorite place to stay”
I have stayed at various Hyatt Place hotels in travel from the west coast to the east coast and they are consistently a first class hotel experience. The staff is so attentitive from the time you walk in the door until the time you check out. The rooms are always clean. When booking any vacation I always look to see if there is a Hyatt Place first to stay at.
“"Can't Beat It For The Price"”
The hotel was awesome for the price. The set up of the room was great, sort of like a suite. There was a half wall between the bedroom and living room area. In between the two rooms was a 42" flat screen that swiveled, so you could watch it from either room. My teenager couldn't have been happier, lounging on the comfy sectional, watching the 42" flat screen, while accessing Facebook from the free WI-FI. Lots of entertainment and restaurants in the area. Due to the snowstorm, we walked to Bravo which was right out the back door, plus the hotel gave a discount coupon. It was a great recommendation - the food and service was very good and the prices were reasonable. The hotel staff was small, usually two people working at a time, but the service was great. They were very personable and went out of their way to be helpful. They had tons of information, menus/prices and discount coupons for area restaurants. They helped us determine the best route to downtown and even googled and printed directions for us. They even made coffee and put breakfast out early when they found out that we had to leave before the scheduled breakfast hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especilaly to families.
