“A Terrific Hotel”
A really large, comfortable, room, with a well equipped kitchen area (i.e., full size refer, cook-top, sink, pots and pans, etc.). It's well maintained, in a very nice predominantly residential neighborhood, three blocks from a BART station, which also has ample free parking, and about a mile or two from a major shopping area. It,s just a little hard to find the first time, even though it's just off the freeway,since it's set back from Buskirk Ave.

Front desk people were very friendly and accomadating especially after as long a day as i had, had! Room was quiet and homey, which is just what i needed at the time. would and will definately visit this hotel and surley recomend this hotel to anyone i know!

TV was a bit dated. Although there were pots/pans in the room, there was no eating or cookiing utensils. Apparently, these were kept at the front desk along with hair dryers. Personnel was no available to purchase laundry soaps, or obtain change during late evening or early morning hours. I waited for 2-1/2 hours for someone to come in in the morning so that I could get change and laundry soap to wash clothes.
“Not A One Night Hotel”
This hotel is very obviously geared towards longer visits and not the overnight traveler. Even though they say they are geared for the business traveler, this location does not have the comfort items needed for the overnight traveller, such as no shampoo in the bathroom. Also, it may have been just the particular room but the bed was very uncomfortable.
“Incomplete Remodel”
they are going thru a remodel and my room was not ready even though rented out to me. Toilet seat cover was falling off, missing cups and glasses, TV remote was not correct one for new TV, curtain rod not attached, heater was not controlled by wall thermostat. But new bed is comfortable, like new style of room, free internet now, hot water, quiet. Would go back when had more time to finish remodel. Many of these things were fixed after i filed my complaint.
“Low cost, convenient - but Embassy Suites is worth the extra $”
I've stayed at this hotel two times now. I decided to give it a 2nd chance, even though I wasn't very satisfied with my last stay. This time, the refrigerator in the room kept up a loud humming sound - and a constant drip-drip-drip noise. Had to unplug it to finally get some sleep. There wasn't an iron in the room when I arrived - so had to call the front desk and ask for one. No shampoo in the bathroom. No pay-to-order movies Older TV There were some sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot in front of the Best Buy There are other nicer hotels in the area - pay a little more - and treat yourself.
