“Great deal in Copenhagen”
This is an excellent hotel, with a central location in Copenhagen very near the S-station and downtown. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The bathroom was a bit small and the floor got wet from the shower. However, this is really a very minor issue. This is the best deal I have seen in Copenhagen. Only Cab-Inn is cheaper (and has no breakfast included), but the comfort is much much higher in Best Western Richmond. I will chose this hotel again next time I am in Copenhagen.
“Excellent location and great value!”
The hotel was located in an ideal location in the centre of Copenhagen about 10 minutes from the main train station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was a nice start to the day. The Tourist Information office is just a few streets away and Tivoli is so close that we could see the lights from the hotel window.
“Copenhagen's "Wonderful"”
I booked three rooms for my husband and I and two daughters and families for a family celebration. We all loved the hotel , especially the buffet breakfasts. Also it is ideally situated for sightseeing. I usually stay with my son and daughter in law but will definitely use it again if the need arises.
“A Good value hotel in central location”
This hotel presents very good value. The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful. The hotel is located walking distance from all the main attractions in Copenhagen. The only down side was that the we visited during a very hot spell of weather and the room was very hot at night. The room faced the main road so it was noisy when you left the window open. However considering the price of the hotel this is fanatastic value for Copenhagen.
“A great place to stay with easy access to all transportation”
We needed a place to stay for a quick trip to Copenhagen. This hotel is easy to find, close to the all public transport and had a great room. What else is there to say?
“A good value in Copenhagen”
Very economical hotel in central location, but be sure to ask for a rear facing room to avoid street noise. Oddity in the bathroom is the location of the shower floor drain, beneath the sink so the floor gets wet at the sink when one showers.
“Great place to stay.”
The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet had quite a variety of items such as breads, deli-style meat, eggs, bacon, cheese. The room was spacious as we had a triple. We had a balcony, but it was not great for sitting, but rather for standing. It did connect to the other rooms. The lock seemed secure and there was no easy access from outside the hotel. The neighborhood was fine and it was easy access to the train station for our overnight connection as well as a closer station for the metro. Loved it.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. 5. minute walk to central station. WiFi did work well.
“Ticked the Boxes!”
It is an older hotel and the walls are a little thin. But what it lacks in that it makes up for location, cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. On the two nights we were there we asked for dinner recommendations and on both occasions the meals were great. We also had a friend who was unwell and the hotel gave her a late check out, helped us get some cutlery and tea to take up to her. Breakfast was great and full of variety and served until 10:30, which on a weekend is great. For the price in a city where accommodation is expensive this was a great deal!
“Great place to stay in Copenhagen”
I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is very conveniently located near the city center and the Vesterport S-train station. And it is in a nice neighborhood - unlike all the hotels near the central station. The room is good, breakfast is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. Restaurants in all price levels are nearby. The only thing I miss at this hotel is a coffee machine, but the reception can provide coffee 24/7 so it is not really a problem. I will definitely come back.
