“Great! We'll Stay Here Again!”
In the past, whenever we've visited the Vancouver area, we've picked a different hotel to stay in each visit. It's a neat way to test out different places and experience the surrounding towns. With most hotels, they're okay but we're happy to try something different the next time. Not so with this one! It's so wonderful we're thinking of coming back! The activity center, sauna and pool are lovely, the onsite restaurants are lovely, and location-wise it's easy to jump on the 1 or the Lougheed and make your way into the city. Within 20 minutes we were at my sister's place near downtown Van city.
“Excellent Service”
We found the service to be of a very high standard, from the moment we checked in we were well looked after, we had no problems at all, and very much enjoyed chatting with the bar staff while we wined and dined. if you are there on a Sunday, the Brunch is amazing. Don't think we will be back in Vancouver for a long time, but if this is the standard of Best Western Hotels we will use them again world wide
“A hotel for anyone!!!”
This was the perfect hotel to stay in with the cold weather outside. The centre of the hotel has a pool and hot tub for all to enjoy. The pool was nice and warm so one would be able to enjoy it for a long period of time. My son thought that we were living in a rain forest. He absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. I couldn't get him out. The staff of the hotel are warm and inviting and are eager to help for any reason. Rockwell's restaurant has great food - the Pantry not so much. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.
“2 bedroom suites”
This was our families third visit. We love to stay in the suites. They are roomy, comfortable and great for families.
