“Very Clean, Excellent Condition. I'd stay here again”
Very pleased with the property. Easy to find. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, etc. not just cereal and rolls.
“Nice Hotel with Friendly staff and No Smoking!”
This hotel was a great stay and we would recommend it. The hotel is located close enough to the state line that it is convenient to Omaha attractions within 5 to 10 minutes from Omaha. Had friendly staff that was helpful on finding Wal-mart, they have directions printed out for anyone who ask them how to get to there. The rooms are non-smoking. They also had assorted fresh baked cookies in the lobby for the guest. We would stay there again.

We were very impressed with our accomodations. The breakfast was wonderful and the people who worked there were very nice. I would stay in another Comfort Suite again.

“Friendliest staff in Council Bluffs!”
I was greeted with a welcome smile and a comfortable room. This was not the my first stay at Comfort Suites, and I'm sure it will not be my last!

It was a very nice stay. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was hot. The pillows were wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer but it was a short trip.

The room was quite comfortable, the staff friendly, and the Continental breakfast surprisingly rich in options. The room, and perhaps the whole hotel, was non-smoking, but was unfortunately still permeated with a very faint cigarette smoke odor (I'm pretty sensitive to this -- my friend who stayed at the hotel didn't notice the odor, and most folks probably won't be bothered by it, either). Quite nice, overall.

I read some good reviews about this hotel & Expedia price was $20 less then what the hotel offered on their website. Very Friendly service, Clean Room & very nice stay. The breakfast was o.k. - did have some hot items which was good but wish I would have tried the waffles instead of the biscuits & gravy.

Good hotel with large rooms, clean, good services, well situated, closed to historic center of Omaha, to the zoo and the casinos. Very nice and smily employees.
