“A very nice stay!!!”
We had a really marvelous experience from the friendly valet staff to the check-in desk to the bellman! The Lobby Bar was relaxing and fun, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-located. It was a very nice stay!!!
“Great Stay”
The hotel was gorgeous, and the service was excellent. We were only there one night but were very pleased with our stay. Wish we could have done more at the hotel!
“I'll be back!”
My sister and I were schedule to run the Color Run so I booked this room for it's proximity to the race venue. The historic hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was much to explore within walking distance to the hotel. I will definately be back.
“I highly recommend this hotel!”
One of the best hotels for the rate! The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The hotel is located close to great restaurants and the hottest night life in Dallas. The room key lets you in for free to most of the night clubs such as the W Hotel Ghostbar (otherwise $20 cover charge). Don't forget to go to Nick & Sam's Grill in uptown for a nice Sunday brunch while you stay at Adolphus Hotel in Dallas!
“One of the best I've ever stayed at.”
We stayed at the Adolphus March 24, 2012 and absolutely loved it! The downtown location was perfect for the event we were in town for, and the lobby with all of it's rich history made for a very relaxing evening of conversation and people watching. The staff was very attentive and the room exceeded our expectations.
“Romantic get away”
The only "bad" thing I could say about my stay is we booked a king sized bed but due to a conference at the hotel there were no kings available so we were given a queen sized bed in a room with a corner view. I like that they compensated the bed size with a stunning view of Dallas in a nice private little corner that felt like our own little world. Another thing to sing their praises I could NOT run out of hot water. I admit I love hot showers and I do take longer than most when I can. I always used the water cooling down as a sign to get out. My husband had to knock on the door and tell me I had been in the shower for an hour and a half!!! Amazing hotel fabulous staff who went out of their way every time and a romantic and classy setting what more could you want for an anniversary trip?
“Enjoyable, relaxing stay”
Very well maintained, historical building. Great place to go to relax or stay for business.
“One night stay”
The splendor of the Adolphus never disappoints. From the Lobby to the room you feel surrounded by old world elegance. Beds are superbly comfortable and the room was immaculate.
“Adolphus Hotel in Downtown Dallas...wonderful old school hotel....”
Wonderful old school hotel with much history. Lovely staff. Old but lovely hotel rooms that are huge. Thouroughly enjoyed my stay and will return.
“Romantic Honeymoon”
We spent this past weekend up at the Adolphus for our 'mini-moon' (a short honeymoon). We had a bit of a slow start because we had just booked the hotel the same day through this site and our reservation hadn't been sent over yet, but that was not the fault of the Adolphus!! The lady at the front desk called and got it all sorted it quickly and got us checked into our rooms. They had some hot water problems on a couple floors so we ended up getting a room upgrade at no extra cost (awesome!!). The concierge very helpful, room service was great, valet parking was excellent. No complaints at all with anybody!!
