Located at DFW Airport, this hotel is 14.7 miles from Cowboys Stadium, 18 miles from the upscale shops of Galleria Dallas, and 20 miles from downtown Dallas.
Guests can enter the Grand Hyatt DFW via curbside valet parking or by SkyLink rail, which travels at 35 miles per hour between terminals. Escalators and elevators connect the terminal's arrival and departure area to the hotel's reception desk, which has monitors with the latest flight times and gate information. Public areas are non-smoking. Van or Lincoln Navigator service to nearby destinations is available upon request (subject to availability; surcharge for Navigator service). A 24-hour airport shuttle service is also available for a surcharge.
A staffed 24-hour business center offers both wireless and wired high-speed Internet access (surcharge), 34,000 square feet of meeting facilities, including 12 conference rooms. Other amenities include currency exchange and complimentary newspapers in lobby.
Guests receive a voucher for 24 hours of complimentary self parking in the airport lots for each room-night stay.
Rooms
The 12-story Grand Hyatt DFW has 298 guestrooms. All feature Hyatt Grand Beds with 11.5-inch-thick pillowtop mattresses, cotton sheets, and simplified bedding that eliminates decorative pillows and bedspreads. A bedside touchscreen panel controls the room's window shades, temperature and lighting.
All rooms have 32-inch flat-screen TVs with satellite service, HBO and pay movies. Bathrooms have separate walk-in showers and soaking tubs, spa toiletries, and bathrobes. Rooms are soundproofed with double-paned windows and blackout curtains. Oversized black granite-topped desks have dual-line cordless phones and leather blotters. Wireless and wired (high-speed) Internet access is available for a surcharge. Laptop safes include built-in chargers. Refrigerator and microwave are available on request.

Grand Met - Global cuisine with emphasis on the Mediterranean and the Pacific Rim. Exhibition kitchen with sushi chef. Dining area overlooking the terminal includes counter service with flat-screen TVs. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
M Lounge - Open midday through nighttime. Located between the lobby and Grand Met restaurant. Martini and satay menu. Full bar.
MOKA - Open 24 hours. Adjacent to reception area, with lobby seating available. Illy premium Italian coffee drinks, premium bottled water, sandwiches, and baked goods. Travel sundries and souvenirs.
Recreation
A heated outdoor splash pool with sun loungers and showers is located at the top of the hotel. Guests at the Grand Hyatt DFW also have 24-hour, card-key access to a fitness room containing treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationery bicycles, all with personal flat-screen TVs with headphones. A weight room includes circuit machines, free weights, and a high-definition TV. Locker rooms have steam rooms, and complimentary use of locks. Complimentary bottled water and towels are also provided.
Massage and body treatments may be scheduled Monday-Friday (hours vary) in treatment rooms located on the 9th-floor fitness level. Swedish relaxation, hot stone, deep tissue and reflexology foot massages are available as well as mud wraps. (Surcharges apply).
Bear Creek Golf Club, adjacent to the airport, has two 18-hole golf courses, a putting green, and a driving range. Lake Grapevine, 5.5 miles away, offers fishing, boating, waterskiing, biking, and hiking.

“Great for next day early flights”
I had a flight at 5:00 AM the next day, so I stayed there and it was great. It took 10 minutes from walking out of my hotel room to get passed security AFTER checking bags at the counter.
“Ripper place!”
The room and service were the best we have had anywhere - except for one tee-niny omission in the room. There was no coffe service in the room. We had to order it by room servcice if we wanted to get our engines started before getting dressed. Still. That was a very minor oversight.
“Nicest Hotel I've Ever Stayed In”
What a nice surprse it was to get off my airplane and walk a short distance to an extremely nice and clean hotel room. The service was impeccable and I highly recommend it.

I was very impressed with the hotel's service and accommodations. This was my first time to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Finding the hotel was made easy with all of the signage directing your way. The restaurant in the hotel served wonderful food....a little pricey though. If I revisit the Dallas area I would definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again.

Amazing to stay at airport hotel and feel like you are at a resort. Great facilities, excellent and friendly service. Will stay again next time I am in Dallas.
“The perfect palce to rest your head”
We stayed here on our layovers coming and going to/from Costa Rica. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in Terminal D which was very convenient. My 6 year old son loved the fact that we could ask for a runway room so he could watch the planes take off and land. This was one of the best hotel experiences our family has had. You will not go wrong with this hotel!

-Great service - smooth check in/out, great work out room, received complimentary first class access through security check at the airport -Incredible room - very trendy furnishing, nice size bathroom with sleek style shower and bath tub -Convenient location - this hotel is connected to the airport by monorail, but do no have any problem with noize -Affordable price - considering all the service I received, this hotel is definitely under priced. Stuff are very friendly and courteous.
“Very Convenient!”
Lovely, quiet hotel in a great location. Only downside was that an error was made on billing...we paid in full online and then were charged again upon checkout. Luckily, we caught the mistake prior to leaving, so no harm done. Overall a pleasant experience. :)
“Decent Place to overnight at DFW”
This hotel is attached to the airport terminal which eliminates the need for shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel was very comfortable and responsive to issues. The TV in our room died about 30 minutes after we checked in. I called the concierge's desk and within about the hour the TV had been replaced with a working unit by two extremely courteous maintenance employees. My only concern would be dining options as outlined further in the tip section.
