“Will Definitely Stay There Again!”
It was my birthday and I was staying with my two friends for a night on the town. Mark helped us out and was very sweet. Even wished me a happy birthday! We were very impressed with the service and would without a doubt book again--between the room, the service, and the location it's more than a great deal! The continental breakfast was really good too! Complete win! There was a different gentleman at the front desk and he was equally cheerful as Mark. Super friendly staff! So glad I decided to stay there! And honestly, I was a tough camper when I went there. I just finished the 3 day Texas Bar Exam to become a lawyer. I was exhausted, tired, and not happy about being older. But the experience there was worry-free and uplifting after going through 3 days of hell. AND I stayed at the pricer Sheraton hotel for the bar exam--big mistake. The Hyatt was was nicer in terms of staff, cleanliness, and breakfast.
“Great access to american airlines center”
this is a great place to stay if you are going to american airlines center, it is within walking distance. It is a really great place to stay with a really great price.
“Charming Hotel Close to the Gay District”
A friend and I stayed at this cute hotel to go to the gay bars in Dallas. We were 1.6 miles away from Cedar Springs area. The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are really nice with a bedroom, kitchen, and bath. It was bigger and better than my first apartment. You'll enjoy this hotel.
“Good deal downtown”
I thought this hotel was an excellent deal near downtown Dallas. It is very close to the American Airlines center. The rooms are large and spacious. It is very clean and breakfast is adequate (bagels, cereal, etc.). They use Starbucks beans for their coffee. I will definitely stay here again. It is a great value.
“Great place to stay if attending an event at American Airlines Center”
We were treated like family. Very warm and hospitable at check-in, check-out and in-between encounters even tho we were there to watch the Red Wings defeat the Dallas Stars. I was amazed at how quiet the hotel was even tho a lot of guests had attended the game. Such a convenient location for walking to/from Trinity Railway and American Airlines Center. breakfast looked first-rate but we had to leave too early to take advantage of it. We felt like we got great value!
“Weekend in Dallas”
This hotel is located just north of downtown Arts and West End District. It also has a very secure parking garage.
“Great Location!”
This hotel is a wonderful location for Westend and AA Center. We walked from hotel to AA Center. The rooms are suites with a couch and chaise and they have full kitchens.Very large lcd TV The check in was very fast and efficient. Would definitely stay again!
“Very Impressed”
Staff was excellent . Hotel was clean. Shuttle available by hotel for travel within 5 miles. Would definitley reccomend it .
“Can't wait to go back to the Potter House truly blessed and highly favor..”
Dallas is a beautiful to vist, traffic is crazy. Me and my best friend went to a conference @ the Potter House and had the time of our life.
“Great hotel for a week long vacation”
This room had a fridge, icemaker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and everything you could have needed. This worked great for us, we bought groceries for the week at Target just up the road, then went to eat about 5-8 miles down the road at Hard Rock Cafe, and came back to a quiet and relaxing hotel. The breakfast each morning was perfect, and a nice dining area. Harry Hines is one of the main roads, so it worked out perfectly with everywhere we were wanting to go. We went to the aquarium, bodies exhibit, Medieval Times, and to the Northpoint / Galleria Malls, even to an IMAX 3D movie (don't have IIMAX in hometown.) Excellent time and we saved money by not having to go out to eat every night and just cooking in the hotel. Plus we were able to fill our ice chest up with the ice maker (over two nights), which made the trip home a little easier since we didn't have to stop for ice before we left. The amount a night was a little higher than I would normally pay, but with the free parking, wireless internet, breakfast, and very comfortable rooms, it was well worth it.
