The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. One thing that justified a lowered rating. The toilette water tank leaked inside and so the water refilled the tank making noise every five minutes waking us up many times the first night. Following my report the next day, the repair man came to fix the problem. The leak was still there and the same noise now occurred less often (about every 30 minutes). I locked the water to stop the noise and turned the water back on the next morning to stop the noise.

We purchased a king room for 2 adults and a toddler. We got in late and by the time we realized it was as a double in the room it wasn’t worth trying to get switched to another room so we had an uncomfortable night. The gentlemen at the front desk the next day basically said I was wrong, it’s a king but he obviously doesn’t know what a king looks like. I’m top of that they were doing construction on my floor or nearby floors at 8am which I had no knowledge of

I’ll start off with the good points. The customer service was lovely. However the toilets and the construction were not. It was almost unbearable. We had to have the toilet fixed twice and it still didn’t work well enough. No one offered us a change of rooms for that or the endless sound of Jack hammering starting at 830 each morning. Sadly was convenient to the family we were coming to see but won’t be staying again.

The young lady that check me in was amazing and engaging. She was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the view from my room was awesome. That was my favorite part. I will definitely book another stay at the this location.

No problems with the property other than the fact that the trolley that was supposed to bring us to ATT Stadium never came, leaving us all scrambling for Ubers. That’s not the hotel’s fault though. Leah at the front desk was the star of the show. Pleasant , attentive , and helpful. Thank you Leah!

From check in to check out I could not find anything negative to say. We had the best receptionist, Leah at check in. It was obvious she enjoyed her job. We ate at the bar the first evening. Our waitress was exceptional. I will return.

Great location to everything but the property is starting to look older for a 4 star. They did not offer anything in lobby such as free coffee unless you are willing to pay. Our room’s AC was stuck on and we had to have maintenance come in to fix it. The TV had connection issues and didn’t work very well. No complaints on the service from the staff.

Over Priced Run Down Hilton Honors Hotel
The hotel is in decline and Hilton should Hannover refunded customer a portion of their accommodation stay. The rooms are outdated, furniture very worn, carpet is dirty, beds shake and move all night. More security needed to Monitor the doors especially when a game is being played. Shuttle for game day experience some mechanical problems leaving residence stranded for 2 hours in cold weather near AT &T Stadium. As Hilton Honors member the hotel should be rated a 4 or 5. We paid about 4 hundred per night which was absolute a ridiculous rate. Consider refunding some of room rate

Loved that the restaurant and bar were open late and had yummy food and drinks/ lots of TVs with sports. There is also a good pizza place next door. We had a shuttle take us to the AT&T stadium which was convenient. Hotel gym was nice. Wish the pool was heated but no issues. Room was very clean
