“Great hotel if you're looking for economic visit.”

This Microtel hotel was well maintained inside and outside. The reason for my trip to Dallas was to visit friends of my Aunt, with whom I didn't feel comfortable staying, so an economical price was primary as I would be at the hotel only late evening and overnight. My room was non-smoking with one queen bed and a sleeper sofa which made for very comfortable TV viewing., The mattress on the bed seemed almost new. A sign, displayed at the check-in desk, indicated Microtel Hotels have received the J.D. Power award for the Top Economy Hotel nine years in a row. That's IMPRESSIVE in case you're not familiar with J.D. Power awards. I won't hesitate to stay at Microtel during my future travels.

“Great value for a nice room.”

My husband and I arrived in Dallas during Spring Break and were unable to find a room in Euless. Our first time to stay at a Microtel and have been pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, and the beds very comfortable. Rooms have a mini fridge and microwave and the best part was the price. I will stay here again.

“Could use a deep cleaning”

Very comfortable bed and great service however the room was overdue for a deep cleaning. There was dog hair on our blanket and everything was a little grimy. We were in a non-smoking room however were near the smoking section so we really had a second hand smoking room. The location was good and seemed to be a safe area.

I canceled reservations at a NEW Holiday Inn Express because this hotel was closer to our destination. The Holiday Inn Express was only $12.00 a nite more than Microtel, but about 15 miles farther away from where we wanted to be. Next time I will be happy to drive a little further. The room came with a mini-fridge which did not work. The television was a tube-type set. The room, while relatively clean, had a substance on the wall that hadn't been cleaned off and was very dated. The a/c worked great and the hotel staff was friendly.
